Monaghan's Landscaping LLC aims to provide the utmost in customer satisfaction through exceptional and meticulous service. For this reason, Monaghan's offers a warranty that applies to customers who choose all recommended products and preparation techniques and follow aftercare instructions.

Terms Of Warranty

• For a period of 3 years from the date of completion, Monaghan's Landscaping LLC will repair any structure we build that's found to be defective due to workmanship.
• For a period of 3 years from the date of completion, Monaghan's Landscaping LLC will repair any equipment, including lighting and fixtures, due to workmanship or factory defect. This does not include bulbs that burn out.
• For a period of 1 year from the date of completion, Monaghan's Landscaping LLC will replace any plants, bushes or trees that did not make it, as long as the customer has followed all instructions regarding watering.

Warranty Exclusions

• The warranty includes the costs only of materials or products originally supplied by Monaghan's Landscaping LLC.
• This warranty only applies to contracts that are paid in full in accordance with the terms of the contract.
• This warranty does not cover defects caused by anything but the workmanship of Monaghan's Landscaping LLC.
